The hotel has very fancy and well-decorated rooms, ideal for a luxurious stay, but they can be noisy at times. The room size could be larger for a 5-star hotel, around 20 sq ft, which might feel a bit cramped. The pool area provides a relaxing setting for guests to enjoy.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had an incredible view of Medellin, but the air conditioning didn't work, and there was a section of the tv console that had fallen. The design was outstanding, but the room still felt dark at times.

The staff were nice and educated, providing the best service I had in Colombia. However, some staff members were somewhat inefficient, making breakfast take longer than expected. One staff member was so arrogant that it was a disgrace for a hotel of this caliber.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were quite far from the lifts and felt cold despite adjusting the air conditioning daily. It definitely needs some baby proofing due to the sharp edges that could be dangerous. On the bright side, the price was very reasonable.
